3. Drilling Process

• Pilot Hole Drilling: Drill a small-diameter hole along the designed path using a steerable drill bit.

• Enlarging the Hole (Reaming): Gradually increase the pilot hole size to accommodate the power cable.

4. Cable Pullback

• Attach the power cable to the reamer or a pulling head.
• Pull the cable through the drilled hole while ensuring no damage occurs.

5. Backfilling and Restoration

• Fill the pits and restore the surface to its original or required condition.
• Dispose of or recycle drilling fluids responsibly.

Our Completed HDD Works for Power Cable Installation

We have completed more than 200 Km of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) works for underground power cable networks in Bangladesh. 

We have pulled 230kV, 132kV, 33kV, and 11kV underground power cables through HDPE Pipe for crossing rivers, canals, Rai,l, and Highway crossing; also crossing the busy and crowded city area for cable installation.

Recently, we have done DPDC, DESCO, and PGCB 132kV, 33kV and 11kV underground cable installation works where used more than 200 Km HDPE pipes for HDD works.
